What do I need...

First and foremost, you need to own a home or intend to purchase one.

After that, there are several documents that we will probably need.  While we are reviewing your application it is probably a good idea to pull these items together.

Last two years W-2s or 1099s
Last two paystubs (usually 30 days)
Homeowner's Insurance Dec Page (this just shows your homeowner's insurance coverage)
If you work for yourself, you will probably need your last two tax returns as well.
If you receive income such as social security or disability, we will need an awards letter.  If you have this, please let us know.  If not, we can request it from the Social Security Administration.
Other than these items, it depends on the individual loan.  This is enough to get us started and anything else we need can be requested later.

 

Privacy Policy:

We do not share information about you with anyone except as required or permitted by law.

Former Customers

We have the same policy against disclosing information about former customers as we do about current customers.

Security

We restrict access to the information we have about you to those employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to you.

We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to guard your nonpublic personal information.  We are required to do so by federal regulations.

Change

We can change this policy, but we tell you in advance if we do.  We will explain any further rights you might have at that time.
